Ensure proper procedures and protocols are followed

· Skills requirements:
o 1-2 years supervisory experience
o 3-4 years of experience as a security guard
o Valid Security Guard License
o CSA approved steel toe boots
o Ability to supervise 20 people or more
o Flexible to work rotating shifts, weekends, days, evenings, and holidays
o Ability to stand for long periods of a time and conduct moderate lifting
o Be punctual, presentable, and conduct oneself in a professional manner
· Required education:
o Completion of secondary school is preferred but not required
o Smart Serve certificate is preferred but not required
o Certifications in conflict resolution, sharps, tactical communication and de-escalation are preferred but not required.
