What You’ll Do
Quickly and professionally answer incoming phone calls from policyholders, insurance agents and/or auto glass shops - listening to each customer's needs and concerns.
Gather all necessary information for the claim, including verifying insurance coverage and deductible amounts, with empathy and patience.
Use our production/shop locator system to find an auto glass provider to quickly and conveniently service customer’s vehicles - qualifying the damage for a repair or selecting the appropriate glass part for replacement.
Proactively assist the CSR team by answering hold calls as needed.
Help new associates get up and running with orientation and training, as needed.
All other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need
Age: Must be 16+ years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent (or actively enrolled).
Prior experience in a call center/contact center/customer service preferred.
Ability to operate a computer and telephone systems while seated for extended periods of time.
Strong communication skills, comfortable speaking with a pleasant voice, retaining composure, and building rapport among peers, stores and customers.

Move pallets and racks of frozen and raw ingredients and processed product using a powered or manual pallet jack
Prepare containers of ingredients according to weight as determined by the product being processed. This includes handling frozen raw meats, raw vegetables, fruits, and eggs
Operate an industrial grinder, cutter, and stuffer to process the frozen and raw ingredients into logs of product
Cutting and Packing:
Move pallets, racks, and bins of frozen product using a powered or manual pallet jack
Strip plastic casing from frozen product using a sharp blade, visually inspect product to ensure that no plastic is left behind
If trained, operate a meat saw to cut frozen product into finished size
Pack cut product by hand into boxes according to weight
Tape full boxes and stack on pallets
Prepare flattened boxes for packaging by taping, labelling, and lining with a plastic bag
Shrink Wrap:
Move pallets, racks, and bins of frozen product using a powered or manual pallet jack
By hand, pick frozen cut product and arrange in preparation for running though the shrink wrap machine according to the end product being processed
Label all product before shrink wrapping
Load finished packages into boxes and stack boxes on a pallet
