Develop and implement operational procedures for the department
Liaise and coordinate work with other departments to ensure streamlined operations and customer satisfaction;

Monitor inventory and order items for the department as required
Have a thorough understanding of the property management software used by the hotel and ensure the smooth operation of the computer system.
Ensure employees are complying with uniform and grooming requirements and are following all hotel policies and procedures;

Requirements:
Completion of secondary school;
At least two years of guest service experience in the accommodation industry, with at least one year in a supervisory position;
Previous experience working in a high-end luxury hotel is a strong asset
