Our growing company is searching for top talent to join our team in the role of Administrative Assistant/Human Resources Clerk reporting to the Office Manager, located in the community of La Broquerie, MB.
Your days will include:

• Administration
  • Distribute mail to the executives
  • Provide back up for reception and perform general reception duties including answering phone calls, managing faxes as required
  • Transport the inter-office mail to and from the hangar
  • Assist in event set up
  • Provide general support to the Executive Admin department as required
  • Prepare Purchase Orders for various departments
• Human Resources
  • Upload employee files into Ultipro
  • Take photos for the employee picture wall and Ultipro at intake
  • Prepare purchase orders for HR

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

• Grade 12
• Administrative experience is an asset
• Experience with data management and filing
• Proficient with Microsoft suite – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project
