Job Description
Job Duties
Specific Skills: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders, ensure that the quality of products meets established standards, Inspect kitchen and food service areas.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods, Attention to detail, Work under pressure, supervise baking personnel and staff, organize, and maintain inventory
Personal Suitability: Dependability, Judgement, Accurate, Reliability
Work Setting: In shop
Terms of Employment: Full- time
Employment Conditions: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Flexible Hours

Wage: $17.00/hour
Hours: 30 – 40 hours/week
Benefits: Vacation Pay – 5.8% remuneration from the gross earnings paid in the previous year.
