Working together to provide essential services to communities across Western Canada, we are hiring an Order Picker at our Distribution Centres in Calgary, Alberta.

What you’ll do:

  • You will fill, check and pack orders using a pallet jack and headset system throughout the warehouse to select items from floor stock to assemble on pallets to be transported to local Co-ops, with set productivity standards.
  • Assist in handling incoming merchandise and housekeeping.
  • You will be completing very physically demanding/laborious work including repetitive lifting of weight of up to 50lbs.
  • You may be working in a fast-paced environment in various climates (i.e. Freezer, Outdoors).
  • Other duties as assigned. This is an entry level position offering $16/hr. We are looking for individuals that are available for up to full-time hours. Sundays are required. The first 2 weeks on the job are training full-time Monday-Friday during business hours.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Supply Chain and:

  • Must be in good health and physically fit.
  • You have a High school education (or equivalent).
  • You have a minimum of one year of related warehouse experience.
  • You are willing to work in the freezer and outdoors.
  • Working on Sundays are required. We are looking for individuals that are available for up to full-time hours. The first 2 weeks on the job are training full-time Monday-Friday during business hours.
  • You’re honest and trustworthy, are results oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
