Job Description


o Responsible for preparation work for the coating process (CSP Level 2-5); carry out minor
concrete repairs; mix, pour, and spread materials such as Epoxy Mortar and concrete repair
materials.


o Apply waterproofing membranes and epoxy finishes.


o Assist tradespersons on site by providing them with a clean workspace.


o Assist in demolishing buildings using pry bars and other tools, and sort, clean and pile salvaged
materials

.
o Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites using rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows and
other equipment.


o Maintain a safe and clean work environment.


 Terms of employment: Full-Time; Permanent.


 The language of work: English.


 Wage: $22.00 per hour.


 Benefits package being offered: After 3 months, Sunlife Benefits Plan (covers dental and eye care
among other benefits).


 Location of work: Greater Toronto Area.

o Required education:
 Post-secondary education is preferred.


o Required work experience:


 1 or more years of relevant work experience in the field.


 Ability to measure and cut various materials.


 Ability to use grinding/scarifying/dust extractor machines.


 Knowledgeable about application techniques for waterproofing coating systems.
