Job type: Full-time and Permanent

Job location: Bay 5, 4321 14 St NE Calgary, Alberta, T2E 7A9 Canada

Salary: $23/h, 40 hours per week

Benefit: 4% Vacation Pay

Duties and responsibilities:

• Load and unload stairs, railings and other construction materials, and move materials to work areas
• Assist tradespersons in construction activities
• Assist heavy equipment operators to secure special attachments to equipment, signal operators to guide them in moving equipment and provide assistance in other activities
• Assist in removing buildings using prying bars or other tools, and sort, clean and pile salvaged materials
• Remove debris at construction sites using rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows and other equipment
• Perform other activities at construction sites, as directed

Job Requirements:

• Able to lift 50 lbs and perform other physically demanding duties
• Able to stand and keel for long periods of time
