Professional service in alarm system (DSC, 2gig, and IQ Panels) Security cameras both installations and sales (Hikvision, IP and Analog), for both home and offices, also drive outstanding delivery on Remote Monitoring Services, and Security Guard Services for event, home and construction sites. All of it for a friendly cost. We are hiring a Customer Service Supervisor who has the understanding and the ability to serve our aged African Community in Calgary to join our team. Applicants must possess experience to:

 

  • Serve as a liaison between teams and external clients
  • Explain the type and cost of services offered
  • Follow ethical practices with consumer and customer data
  • Good customer services to order merchandise and sell merchandise
  • Resolve problems, in person or on the phone, from customers
  • Ensure adequate inventory of products in the warehouse and on sales floor
  • Assist marketing teams in determining customer needs and escalate their complaints
  • Provide information about customers claims and/or accounts
  • Prepare sales report on weekly basis relating to inventory and sales volumes

 

Qualifications

  • Customer service proficiency
  • Familiarity with databases and sales software
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office including Access and Excel
  • 1 year + experiencein a Management position with increasing responsibility
  • Ability and skill for problem solving
  • Ability to multitask

  • 10 days paid vacation and time off annually after 1 year of continuous work

  • Salary based on experience $33/ hr, 30 - 44 hours a week.
