Duties and responsibility:

• Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas
• Portion and wrap foods
• Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage area, appliances and equipment
• Package take-out food
• Serve customers at counter
• Load buspans and trays
• Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas
• Remove kitchen garbage and trash
• Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
• Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slices and trim food stuffs
• Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas
• Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit

Requirements:

• Experience working in a restaurant is an asset, on the job training will be provided
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Punctual, reliable and customer oriented
