Title of the position: Coach (NOC 53201).

Job duties:

• Coach and train athletes and represent the gym as a trainer at shows.• Identify the strengths and weaknesses of athletes and guests of the gym and provide support and coaching to them to improve their techniques, skills, and abilities.• Develop and oversee training and practice sessions for athletes and guests of the gym.• Coordinate all aspects of training.• Motivate and prepare athletes for boxing matches.• Assess and analyze athletes' performances and modify their training programs accordingly.• Supervise the use, care, operation, and maintenance of the gym’s equipment.• Enforce the gym’s policies, procedures, and standards.• Oversee the daily operations of the gym and supervise gym staff.• Must follow all company protocols and instructions

Terms of employment: Permanent and full-time.

The language of work: English.

Wage: $25.00 per hour.

Skills requirements:

• Required education:

o Must successfully complete the Sugarrays training and certification program.o Completion of secondary school is preferred.

• Required work experience and skills:

o At least 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.o Must have experience in and technical knowledge of the sport of boxing, specifically must have experience as a senior-level boxer, boxing at national level.o Must provide references to confirm experience as a boxing manager/trainer.
