Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Crew Leader/ or experienced Landscaper to oversee landscape maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, a passion for outdoor work. Landscapers with year round experience preferred, This role is essential for ensuring that all landscaping tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

Must have the ability to drive and pull trailer.

• Help supervise and coordinate daily activities of the landscape maintenance crew. .
• Train team members on best practices for landscape maintenance.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or requests.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed during operations.

Experience

• Proven experience in Landscaping/ Year round preferred.
• Strong supervisory skills with a track record of effective team leadership. .
• Required: Drivers License.
• Will train the right candidate.
