Key Responsibilities The Senior Commercial Analyst (Data & BI) is responsible for translating sales and marketing data into actionable insights that support senior leadership decision-making. This role leads the collection, documentation, and analysis of organizational data requirements while designing, developing, and administering enterprise databases and data management systems. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for senior leadership; Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights; Build and maintain data models to support reporting and analytics needs; Analyze large datasets using SQL and PySpark within Microsoft Fabric; Develop and optimize ETL processes to integrate data from multiple systems; Document legacy data structures and ensure data lineage for migration and integration; Maintain enterprise budgeting and sales databases; Administer enterprise databases and data management systems; Implement and manage data access controls and security policies; Ensure proper role-based permissions across the organization; Support data integrity, consistency, and system performance; Develop, maintain, and optimize pricing models and price guides; Analyze market conditions, cost fluctuations, and competitive activity; Support pricing decisions across eCommerce, inside sales, and outside sales channels; Conduct test-and-learn analyses to refine pricing strategies; Analyze customer- and product-level sales data to identify trends and opportunities; Build customer and product segmentation models; Evaluate sales performance and explain variances to leadership; Partner with sales teams to improve conversion and retention rates; Develop forecasting models for customer demand and inventory planning; Create proactive alerts for potential stock-outs and sales opportunities; Collaborate with Marketing to define and track KPIs; Analyze performance across digital campaigns, promotions, trade shows, and sampling; Measure and optimize Marketing ROI (MROI); Provide strategic recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and spend allocation.
