Job Seeker personal data will be available to Employers visiting GETCANADIANEXPERIENCE. Personal data includes a Name which is mandatory, an email Address which is mandatory and a Telephone Number which is optional.
Personal data provided by the user may be used by GETCANADIANEXPERIENCE to notify the user of any news, and or promotional offers relating only to the GETCANADIANEXPERIENCE website. The user can unsubscribe from these notifications at any time.
GETCANADIANEXPERIENCE will not disclose user personal data to any third party.
GETCANADIANEXPERIENCE may not be used for any of the following purposes:
To contact GETCANADIANEXPERIENCE users regarding any issue apart from the purpose of recruitment.
To contact GETCANADIANEXPERIENCE users to offer any services from a 3rd party company.
To post any illegal content.
The user is required to provide truthful information in their profile or job post.
It is prohibited to use any text or images from GETCANADIANEXPERIENCE for personal or commercial use.
The payment of any services on the Website ("Services") may be made through your PayPal account. In order to make a payment on the Website, you will be required to complete an order form for any such purpose through PayPal account. By completing this form, you acknowledge that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, and agree to pay GETCANADIANEXPERIENCE for any Services that you requested through the Website through PayPal and comply with PayPal' User Agreement, and Privacy Policy, as may be amended from time to time.
You are solely responsible for your use of PayPal services for payment. We will not be responsible: (i) for any charges that PayPal or your credit card issuer may apply to you as a result of processing your order; (ii) if PayPal or your card issuer refuses or fails to authorize payment by you; or (iii) for any delays or non-delivery of Services that may arise due to any validation checks that may be carried out regarding your payment or identification. If your payment requires a currency conversion, the terms of the currency conversion will be governed solely by PayPal and your agreement with them.
All payments made through the E-Commerce Transactions are non-refundable.
GETCANADIANEXPERIENCE does not hold responsibility for any untruthful and inaccurate information included in job posts and profiles.
GETCANADIANEXPERIENCE reserves the right to edit or delete any information submitted by the user to the website.
GETCANADIANEXPERIENCE will not be responsible for any loss or damage the user may encounter from using the website.
GETCANADIANEXPERIENCE does not have any obligation to screen any job listing, or to include any Job Listing in its search results or other listings, and may exclude or remove any Job Listing from the Site for any or no reason. We cannot confirm the accuracy or completeness of any job listing or other information submitted by any employer or another user, including the identity of such employer or another user.
GETCANADIANEXPERIENCE assumes no responsibility, and disclaims all liability, for the content, accuracy, completeness, legality, reliability, or availability of any Job Listing.
GETCANADIANEXPERIENCE does not guarantee the identity of an Employer or any individuals working for any Employers and cautions Job Seekers when applying for jobs.
GETCANADIANEXPERIENCE does not guarantee the validity of job posting and job offers on its website. Job Seekers are cautioned to verify the validity of job postings and offers before taking any action about their employment situation. Job Seekers are solely responsible for checking the validity, genuineness, and legitimacy of any Employer, job posting or job offer posted on its company website.
In our sole discretion, we may elect to cancel or terminate your ability to use the Website, or any parts thereof, at any time without notice to you.
