ACE CHARTERS LTD. is hiring an administrative assistant for their office located at 346 Wood Street, New Westminster, BC, V3M 6P9.
This is a full-time and permanent position
The duties of the administrative assistant will be as follows
- Schedule and manage appointments and meetings
- Greet visitors and direct the visitors to the appropriate person.
- Prepare and proofread all correspondence and invoices
- Collect and organise incoming mails
- Co-ordinate information among other employees
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as required
- Respond to all enquiries in person, electronic and through phone calls
- Train other office staff regarding office procedures and systems being used.
Education Required
- Completion of secondary school is required
- Certificate or diploma in a related field will be as asset
Experience Required
- Minimum one year of relevant experience is required
Wage
- Wage being offered is $22.50 per hour
Hours of work
- Minimum 40 hours per week
- Must be willing to work flexible hours.
