Nail Care Technician

JM Nails Spa is located in the city of Coquitlam, British Columbia and is committed to excellence in all aspects of our business and providing a relaxing, positive, fun, creative, healthy and safe environment for our valued clients and our staff.  JM Nails Spa provides manicure and pedicure services from regular, shellac to full set acrylic and liquid gels. We also offer waxing services and several other services.

To expand our business, we are looking for a full-time and permanent Nail Care Technician

We offer: C$17.00/hr (30-40hrs/wk) with 4% paid vacation.  Plus gratuity.

Employment requirements:

• High School Completion.
• Certificate from beauty school programs (such as manicure and pedicure) is an asset.
• Previous experience with Manicures, Pedicures is an asset.
• Training is provided.

Responsibilities:

• Providing manicure and pedicure services such as cleaning nails, cutting, and shaping nails, pushing back cuticles, and applying new nail polish.
• Removing previous nail polish, acrylic nails, gel nails and nail extensions.
• Give hand and foot massages.
• Providing customers with nail treatments and other related services.
• Sanitizing all nail tools and equipment before and after use.
• Following Covid-19 protocol closely.
