Sales Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced, motivated Sales Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and knowledge of mobile phones and accessories. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing our sales team while also providing direct customer service in our retail environment.

We offer a wide range of pre-owned smartphones from leading brands such as Samsung, Apple, Sony, Google, TCL, and Motorola. Job Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and motivate sales staff to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales goals
• Schedule and assign specific duties to sales team members to ensure the store operates efficiently
• Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and conduct regular evaluations
• Greet and assist customers, providing them with product information and recommendations based on their needs
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and promptly
• Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to improve sales and customer engagement
• Track inventory levels and coordinate with the owner to reorder products as necessary
• Oversee the display of products, ensuring they are attractively presented and organized
• Assist in planning and executing promotional offers
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the products we offer, including mobile phones

Employment Details

• Hours: 35 hours per week (excluding lunch time)
• Location: #102 - 2125 11th Ave. Regina, Saskatchewan
• Compensation: $22.00 per hour, paid semi-monthly
• Overtime Rate: $33.00 per hour (applicable after 8 hours in a day or 40 hours in a week)
• Vacation: 3 weeks of paid annual vacation (5.77% of annual wages as per Saskatchewan Labor Standards)
• Start Date: Immediate
• Notice Period: 2 weeks written notice required by either party for termination

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales experience, preferably in electronics or mobile phone industry
• Proven supervisory or team leadership experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate a team and drive sales performance
• Customer service oriented with problem-solving abilities
• Basic understanding of inventory management
• Knowledge of mobile phones and technology is an asset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
