requires 2 full time food processing labourers

Salary range $19.00 -$22.00 p/h.

Must speak English.  

The successful applicant will be required to

• Transport raw materials, finished products and packaging materials throughout restaurant and kitchen and walk in freezer manually
• Measure, remove fat and bones and dump ingredients into disposable bins
• Prepare and unload food, sauces and associated products onto trays prior to processing
• Form flattened boxes into readily usable container
• Manually pack goods into bags, boxes or other containers
• Clean work areas and equipment
• Check products and packaging for basic quality defects
• Assist oven operators and other staff in performing their duties

Applicants:

• should have ideally (but not critically have some experience working with food and safe handling of food
• As we are open 7 days a week and usually from 10 am to 9 pm, must be prepared to work weekends and evenings
