Seca Gems Ltd (doing business as Lugaro Jewellers) of 996 Park Royal South, West Vancouver BC V7T 1A1 is seeking a full-time, permanent Jeweller. Salary range: $17.75 - $21.00 per hour, depending on experience. Must have post-secondary education related to jewellery OR at least 3 years of jewellery making experience. Main duties will include - Fabricate and repair precious and semi-precious metal jewellery, such as rings, earrings and necklace. - Shape and polish diamonds and other precious stones using optical instruments and lathes - Be able to differentiate between stones of various value - Set stones in jewellery mountings, according to specifications Although this position is 40 hours per week, must be prepared to work flexible work hours.
